Usage License and Terms of Sale

This is a legally binding agreement between you (the "Licensee" or "You") and My Fave Places LLC , doing business as Opportunity Down Under (the "Licensor" or "We"). By purchasing, downloading, or using this report (the "Report"), you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this license.

Licensor is the sole and exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights related to the Product, including the trademark Opportunity Down Under.

1. Grant of License: Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable Single-User License. This license permits one (1) individual person to access, read, and use the Report for their own personal information and internal business purposes only. This includes using the information to inform your personal career decisions or to develop strategy within your own organization.

2. Restrictions and Prohibitions: The license granted in Section 1 is strictly limited. You MAY NOT:

  • Share, copy, or distribute the Report. You may not email, forward, or otherwise transmit the Report file to any other person, including colleagues within your own organization.

  • Post the Report online. You may not upload the Report to any website, intranet, shared drive (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), file-sharing service, or social network.

  • Resell or sublicense the Report. You may not sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights to the Report.

  • Create derivative works. You may not modify, adapt, translate, or create new works based on the information in the Report for the purpose of distribution or sale.

  • Remove copyright notices. You may not remove or obscure any copyright, trademark, or license notice included in the Report.

3. Intellectual Property: All content within the Report, including text, data, graphics, and layout, is the exclusive intellectual property of Opportunity Down Under and is protected by international copyright laws. Your purchase grants you a license to use the Report; it does not transfer any ownership rights.

4. Violation of Terms: Violation of these terms will result in the immediate and automatic termination of your license without a refund. We reserve the right to pursue legal action for damages resulting from any breach of this agreement. Unauthorized distribution of this Report will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
